Content strategy / Copy / Visual system

01

Diagnosis

No visual system, no content strategy, three audiences talked to as one.

02

Decisions

Give each audience a clear message. Build a shared visual system and recurring content pillars, then turn product features into useful buying reasons.

03

Next

Roll out the system across the catalogue and social channels. Strengthen local discovery in both cities, then track qualified enquiries and recurring customer questions.

el código —
If you get it,
it’s yours.

A stitched number, a label, a seam: small details let people recognise a shared style. The 005 becomes a clue connecting the garment, the feed and the street—and a reason to participate.

RTV / Renová Tu Vestidor · Retention system

We don't sell used clothes.
We register unique pieces.

The speculative brief: more sales for a second-hand store. The reframe: make the same customer come back more often. Buying second-hand has no rhythm—you drop in by chance and buy by chance. RTV gives it one: Thursday Drops, a fixed weekly appointment for pieces that never repeat.

  1. 01

    Thursday Drops

All new pieces enter together, one day, one time.

  2. 02

    Drop alert

Subscribe by size; the record card arrives by WhatsApp before the feed.

  3. 03

    Owner's file

Every purchase is registered to a name. Buyer becomes collector.

Decision log

  • Registry language, not forensic tone.
  • One red only: it marks a change of state; colour comes from the garments.
  • “No other like it” over “documented history”: RTV can't certify a garment's past.

Purchases per customer · Repeat rate at 60 days · Drops sold within 72h · Intent signals

Test threshold: +25% repeat rate vs. baseline. If not met, size alerts are tested before the fixed day.
